The personal injury laywer has a lot of ethical and legal responsibilities against the client. First of all they are taught the etchical standards and of course they have to sudy the law and they have to follow the law. Ethical rules and codes of conduct are set forth by state bar association. That is the responsibillity of a lawyer. If they do not follow the responsinbilities they can end up loosing theyr licence.
